As part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan №-5953 "On the State program for the implementation of the Action strategy for five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021" in the "Year of development of science, education and the digital economy" of March 2, 2020, a number of necessary measures are being taken in the Syrdarya region.

In particular, the khokims of all districts adopted appropriate decisions on the establishment of agricultural cooperatives.

One example of this is the activity of the limited liability company "Hamza-Husniobod" established in the Khavast district, which allocated 50 acres of land to 20 low-income and unemployed people.
The employment assistance center of the Khavast district allocated 44.6 million soums of subsidies from the State employment assistance Fund for each family member of the agricultural cooperative.

Today, the allotted land is sown with a broom for the first harvest, and 20 low-income and unemployed citizens perform preliminary work.

It is planned to plant the second crop of legumes and the third-onions and garlic.
