13.05.2020

The Ministry of employment and labor relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan is expanding opportunities for distance vocational training in professions that are in demand on the labor market during the COVID -19 pandemic.

The global COVID -19 pandemic, as well as the restrictive response measures introduced in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection, have significantly changed the usual processes. Governments around the world have decided to close educational institutions in an attempt to contain the global COVID-19 pandemic. According to UNESCO, more than 100 countries have implemented school closures nationwide, affecting more than half of students worldwide.

Given the wide demand among the population, especially among young people, vocational training in Uzbekistan, along with General education programs, has also moved to the “online”mode.
