In Tashkent during quarantine and restriction activities, the population is involved in public works
During the period of the pandemic of COVID-19, 2 809 unemployed citizens of the city of Tashkent were involved in temporarily paid public works.
More than 1 thousand 400 of them are involved in landscaping work, while 27 citizens are attached as auxiliary posts to the families and households acquired in quarantine.
288 citizens are engaged in dezinfection. 207 of our compatriots are engaged in both rewarding and profitable work - care of the elderly, people with disabilities and in need of care of others.
835 citizens were involved in the post offices in the districts and in the block-posts organized by the National Guard Services and the Ministry of internal affairs. 12 citizens were involved in the mobile trade points of agricultural products.
Another 72 citizens are working in the "Charity centers" organized by the Ministry of mahalla and family support,in cooperation with the Youth Union.
The most important thing is that the salary of those involved in public affairs is paid every five days.
