For 6 months of this year, the State labor inspectorate of the Ministry of employment and labor relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan received applications from 12,293 individuals and legal entities. According to the results of the audit, 6,498 units were satisfied, 5,241 explanations were given, 346 units were sent to other organizations and 208 units were left without consideration.

According to the characteristics of the appeals, 3,886 persons are not paid monthly wages and other payments, 1,295-illegal dismissal, 414-violation of the law on employment, 388-refusal to accept employment, 336-informal employment, 335-violation of the law on working time and rest time, 36-forced labor, 34- not creating working conditions and 5,569-others.

For 6 months of the current year, the State labor inspectorate identified 21,455 cases of violations on labor, employment and labor protection at 8,554 enterprises and made 3,462 written orders and 75 representations to eliminate these violations, 3,886 officials were imposed administrative fines in the amount of 6,390.1 million soums.
