To date, the Monocenter for providing services to the unemployed population "Ishga Marhamat" under the Ministry of employment and labor relations has signed memoranda of cooperation with many well-known international organizations and continues to train students on the basis of modern advanced technologies in the field of vocational training. On October 28, 2019 a strategic partnership was established with the Uzbek-Chinese vocational training center.

It is planned to further strengthen cooperation between China in the field of vocational education, and stages of development of Uzbek-Chinese strategic cooperation in the framework of "One place, one way", work in education, economy, social sphere, building a platform of professional education, engineering, information technology and business development.

On the basis of this cooperation, the first online welding training courses were launched on June 1 this year in cooperation with the joint venture "Uzbek-Chinese vocational training center" of the People's Republic of China.
During the coronavirus pandemic in the world, distance learning was established in accordance with the quarantine rules. One of the positive aspects of quarantine is the rapid development of the process and the transition of industries to a digital basis. Training of specialists of the "Ishga Marhamat" Monocenter by Chinese specialists at a distance shows that the professional development of teachers in the field of welding has reached a new level of cooperation.
Improving the quality and reducing the time needed to organize training for welders in demand on the labor market will help to increase the professional potential of the staff.
