In the remote Tamdi district of Navoi region, 527 people will be employed during the period of quarantine and imposed restrictions, and 436 people will be involved in paid public works.

Practical measures were also taken to expand the payment of unemployment benefits, allocate microcredits and subsidies from the State employment assistance fund to encourage entrepreneurship and small businesses.
