As part of the quarantine and restrictive measures, employers are also encouraged by the Public works fund under the Ministry of employment and labor relations. During the period of quarantine measures, the salary of citizens engaged in public works is paid in full (100%) from the Public works fund under the Ministry of employment and labor relations, regardless of the departmental subordination and organizational and legal form of ownership of the employer.

To familiarize employers with these facilities, the Minister of employment and labor relations visited construction sites and production enterprises in  Kamashi, Kitab and Karshi districts of Kashkadarya region.

N. Khusanov met with employees who are engaged on a voluntary basis in the construction of secondary school No. 28 for 120 places in the territory of the Karabakh mahalla of the Kamashi district of the Kashkadarya region. This object was included in the State investment program.

It employs 20 people who were forced to return from working abroad and were temporarily left without income, unable to travel abroad during the coronavirus pandemic. They have been involved in construction work since April 5, 2020. The salary of these citizens is paid by the public works Fund.

The next destimation of N. Khusanov was Kitab district of Kashkadarya region. The Minister met with employees involved in the construction of the infectious diseases hospital located in the "Halklar dustligi" mahalla, which is part of the State investment program. According to him, if the unemployed participate in construction work on a seasonal basis, the Public works fund under the Ministry of employment and labor relations will pay 751,000 soums for each employed person.

Also in Karshi, the Minister visited "RADIANT SILK" LLC, where cocoons are grown. Currently, the company employs 210 people. The company is expanding its activities due to the fact that the management plans to attract additional employees on a voluntary basis. The Minister of labor noted that in this regard, favorable conditions have been created, on the basis of which both the employee and the employer will be given equal opportunities.

The Minister said that if the unemployed do not participate in the organization of construction and production of silk on a seasonal basis, their salary will be paid from the Public works fund under the Ministry of labor.
