A woman is a wife, the mother of our children, as well as an employee who is actively involved in society, or a leader. Every woman has her own burden and responsibility.

The development of the personal " I " in the performance of these roles is an urgent problem for modern women. In view of this, on may 5, a spiritual and educational event was organized — an online conference on "Modern women's psychology" with the participation of women working in the Ministry of employment and labor relations. Psychologist Shoira Isakova held an event in the form of a training seminar and gave advice to women working in the system on how to succeed in their professional and personal lives.

During the online conference, it was also explained what to pay attention to when communicating with the population, and approaches to determining people's character traits were considered.
