To expand users' access to information about professional standards for professions in demand in the labor market of Uzbekistan, on the official website of the Ministry of employment and labor relations www.mehnat.uz in the Activity section, a new Professional standarts category has been opened.

Its content is formed from information about the requirements imposed by a potential employer to the level of qualifications and professional qualities of applicants for vacant positions in various fields. Professional standards developed by ministries and departments of Uzbekistan include General information, description and characteristics of labor functions.

This project is being implemented in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to organize the activities of the national system of professional skills, knowledge and skills in the Republic of Uzbekistan" No. 287 dated may 15, 2020. At the initial stage, the new option is launched in the working version.

At the moment, the site already contains information about professional standards for 833 positions. In the future, it will be supplemented and changed as additional professional standards for registration are received from ministries and departments.
