Today, on February 25, a Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Representative office of the Agency for external labor migration under the Ministry of employment and labor relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Gwangju, Republic of Korea and Probest Financial Corporation.

Earlier, the parties agreed to discuss issues aimed at creating favorable conditions for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan engaged in temporary work, as well as students who study in Korea through a representative Office in order to ensure their safe and healthy stay.

In order to implement this Memorandum, the following areas of mutual cooperation have been identified:

1. Probest Financial Corporation, on the recommendation of the Representative office, sponsors health insurance for 100 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the amount of 520,000,000 won (about 450,000 us dollars), who stay on the territory of Korea free of charge for 26 months with the possibility of further extension.
      2. Implementation of other projects related to the provision of free sponsorship support to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The parties believe that any actions under this Memorandum should be carried out for the benefit of the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
