During the quarantine measures to combat the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, a number of projects are being implemented in nuratinsky district of Navoi region to provide employment for citizens who have returned from abroad, as well as temporarily unemployed employees of various enterprises.
 
First Deputy Minister of employment and labor relations Erkin Mukhitdinov visited the architectural complex of the Chashma district to get acquainted with the progress of work. Here he met with citizens involved in paid public works, got acquainted with their activities and held a conversation.

The next address was "Jarma" mahalla. Production cooperatives were built here for the unemployed and low-income population, which provided employment for 40 citizens.

Also, 16 unoccupied residents of the district are involved in paid public work in the centers of public control, including the control of citizens under quarantine.
16 unemployed citizens were involved in work at 4 checkpoints organized in cooperation with the Department of internal affairs of the district as auxiliary security.

For the organization of paid public works in cooperation with the district Department of improvement, orders were received and contracts were signed for 153 million soums. In total, 200 unemployed people, 50 from each sector of the district, were involved in paid public works.

During the quarantine period, contracts were signed with the district center for sanitary and epidemiological surveillance for antiviral disinfection in the amount of 114 million soums, and 128 people were involved in paid public works in this center.
A contract was signed with 4 volunteer entrepreneurs to organize mobile trade in food and non-food products in 4 sectors of the district, and 16 citizens were involved in public works.
In total, about 600 citizens of the district were employed.
