The issues of employment reforms in the country, increasing labour productivity, flexible forms of employment, development of regional "freelance" platforms and retraining of "upskill" specialists were discussed at the event.

They also discussed issues of poverty reduction, human resources, problems in the formal and informal sectors, the achievement of labour efficiency through staff training.
